Are you insured?
LNL Movers carries ample insurance for our clients. We make sure that we are able to provide industry-standard coverage for the belongings and residences of our customers. This standard insurance covers approximately $0.60 per pound.
Some clients prefer greater coverage, and in that case, we encourage them to reach out to the third-party insurer of their choice to arrange for the additional coverage. We make sure that our insurance is never something you have to use, but for peace of mind, we understand if you feel that additional insurance is a good idea.
What should we do if my new home isn’t ready when I leave my old home?
This is not uncommon, and LNL Movers has a plan for this exact situation. We maintain our own secure, climate-controlled storage facilities, so you don’t need to worry about your schedule. Simply tell your LNL Movers rep about your current scheduling and we can use a temporary storage facility until your new home is ready.
I prefer to pack/unpack my own things. Is that ok?
We want you to be comfortable with every stage of your move, and if you prefer to pack and unpack your belongings, then that’s fine with us. Just to be safe, however, we recommend telling your LNL Movers representative about your packing preference so your customized moving plan can take this into account.
How often will I hear from you while you’re on the road to my new home?
How often would you like to? As we’re constructing your custom moving plan, let us know how often you’d like to receive status updates, and your preferred method (text, email, call, etc.). We will work with your preferences to make sure that you’re always in the loop.

Absolutely. When we customize your moving plan, simply tell your representative and we’ll incorporate self-packing into the plan. We want you to be comfortable, so whatever you need is certainly fine with us. It is essential, however, that you clearly communicate this to your representative so we can make sure that it’s incorporated into the schedule.
Will you contact me while you’re driving to my new home?
That is entirely up to you. As part your moving plan, let us know how often you would like to receive status updates.
